This Minister of Agriculture and Rural development has attracted $8billion dollars of private investment commitment into agribusiness in one yr; added 8.1 million MT to domestic food supply out of the projected 20 million MT by 2015 and surpassing the target for 2012 by 70%; co-ordinated the fast intervention to the massive flooding that ravaged the nation through the flood recovery food production programme and thus saved the nation from an imminent feminine among others. Guess the President’s cabinet is not totally a tale of woes after all. This man’s spectacular performance gave us no other choice than to confer him with da GlitaTaRatiz MINISTER of da YEAR.
