- Gov. Danbaba Suntai: you ever wonder why the north is so under-developed? Your guess is as good as mine. Our dear Excellency of Taraba, North- Central Nigeria, threw caution and protocols to the wind and took to the skies, personally flying his expensive toy, an adventure that went awry and landed him prostrate in a Germany hospital thus emerging the world’s most indolent though “courageous” State Chief Executive. We couldn’t have a better choice than to reward this unparalleled feat with da Gliterratiz’s PILOT of da YEAR..*winks*
2. Tonto Dikeh: a phenomenon like this sassy actress turn musician can’t escape our reviews for the year 2012. She took the music industry by the storm by releasing 2 outrageously crappy singles that recorded unprecedented downloads within 24hrs!! Her singles generated so much buzz that gave 2 baba, Davido and co. a run for their money!! This chaff-tattooed gal def came, saw and conquered. That’s why we bequeath her with our coveted ARTISTE of da YEAR awards…accept our congratulations!
3. Bisi Ibidapo-Obe: Our sexily curvy actress popularly called “Bisi Omologbalogba” shot into limelight and unprecedented prominence by claiming to be Dino Melaye’s baby mama. Wherever she got her script from, what matters was that she commanded a star performance that received plaudits from far and wide. For blatant indiscretion in a supposedly private affair and for turning it into a popular sitcom, we crown Madam Melaye, sowy…Ibidapo- Obe the 2012 ACTRESS of da YEAR...looking forward to a more spectacular performance in the new yr maam..*lmfao*
4. Barack Obama: Well, if u think we’ve been sarcastic so far or you’ve been laughing off the previous awards, pay attention to this. One black man somewhere in the United States blazed the trail again by winning re-election into the White house. He shrugged off stiff Republican opposition and a too close to call exit polls to win popular votes by over 5 million, the 6th Democratic President in US history to win re-election by such magnitude. He also garnered an overwhelming 303 Electoral College votes after winning most of the battle-ground States. Are u still sitting? Comon give a standing ovation to da Gliterratiz MAN of da YEAR…yes, indeed…He CaN!!
