Jay-Z has done multiple front covers, but this is special. TIME has given Hov a cover spot, with a profile written by NY Mayor Bloomberg. The special issue honors the 100 most influential people in the world, and Jay had the honor of being one of the seven covers. Also, previous TIME covers? Kanye West & Lauryn Hill.
