  ...And they came in droves to play their last respects to the award winning late Afro-pop singer and BBA Star game house-mate,Olabimpe Susan Harvey a.k.a Goldie Harvey.Our lenses caught Rugged man, Denrele, Karen Igho, Jaywon, Capital Femi, Cool Fm's Dj Manny, AY d comedian, Kefee, Kenny Saint Brown, Tosin Martins, Essence, Gbenro Tinsel, Minjin, Joel.. the list is simply endless! The candle light procession which started from Parkview gate, Ikoyi, through Osbourne to Awolowo road and back makes NYSC endurance trek look like a child's play! choi.. It wasn't easy ehh...ma legs are still aching. But we have to commend da celebs cos they trekked the miles to and from jettisoning the comfort of their cars,all for Goldie. No honour is too much for our dear talented singer. She lives on.. We caught up with few celebrities to feel their pulse on what endeared them to Goldie. here's what they have to say:

GliTaRatiz: Describe the five things you'll miss most about Goldie?
Capital Femi: There's no need for five. I tell you one amazing thing. She knows how to make up her rules, She's an amazing human being. So  for every five thing you think she has, there's one distinct,she's an amazing hard worker! If u want to pick someone to love, follow when it comes to work ethics, she's number one.

GliiTaRatiz: What can u say about her and what do you think she'll be most remembered for?
Gbenro: Her warmness, honesty, her smile. She's warm, passionate, hardworking. Unfortunately I met her coupla days, I think about a week before the incident happened.We were together at an event and i was telling her the good things i like about her. It's so painful..but she lives on in our hearts

GliTaRatiz: What attribute made you pick Goldie as a best friend?
Denrele: There's something about her spirit that synced with mine. She's simply down to earth, humble and selfless...yes!! that's an amazing part I'll never forget... And now no more Goldie to buy me those sophisticated shoes and perfumes...arggggghhh...I love you Goldie..You're not dead.. You live on in my heart...

After the long trek to and from that lasted for over 2 hours, it ended with a Prayer session led by Kenny Saint Brown accompanied by Essence, and Denrele. She prayed for the repose of the soul of the deceased,thanked God for a life well spent and emphasized that the music that she left behind are her "children" that will remain indelible in the hearts of all,and also an inspiration to the generation yet unborn.

Hmmmn...you've heard it all...truly Goldie lives on... her spirit remains in our hearts...Adieu Goldie..You'll forever remain golden in our hearts. WE LOVE YOU!! More photos below...
