UPDATE:
A Young Money publicist gave an official statement, saying, "We can confirm that Lil Wayne did have a seizure and that he is recovering." Earlier, a person in Lil Wayne's camp, speaking anonymously, also confirmed to the Associated Press that the rapper did indeed have a seizure today. The source didn't comment on Weezy's prognosis. However, T.I. tweeted that he spoke to Wayne, saying "just holla'd @my Lil bruh Tunechi...& he skraight!"

1:16 A.M -- We're told Wayne is being prepared for his last rites ... with his family surrounding him to say their goodbyes.
Wayne's mother is currently on a plane flying to Los Angeles -- and we're told all major decisions about Wayne's health (including the decision to discontinue life support) will not be made until she arrives ............
Lil Wayne is in ICU in critical condition after suffering yet another seizure, and we're told it doesn't look good.
The 30-year-old rapper was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in L.A. Tuesday night after suffering multiple seizures. He was released Wednesday but just hours later one of his bodyguards found him in his room, on the floor and unconscious.
We're told Wayne is currently "unstable," and has been placed in an induced coma. He is breathing through tubes

4:14 AM -- News raching us from our int'l correspondent is that Lil' Wayne is allright but still in te hospital. He tweeted from his hospital bed saying he's okay ad tanked his sfor their love and prayers.
